Key art was designed from original photography, shot along the Northern California coast at both Fort Funston and San Gregorio Beach near the PCH overpass. Inspired by a difficult breakup, textures were taken from cardboard moving boxes which served both as a percussion instrument on the record, as well as a moving receptacle during the split.
